About Us

I.C.S., Inc. was founded by Ralph J. Farmer on April 13, 1973 in Oyster Creek, Texas. I.C.S. still remains a family owned and operated organization.

I.C.S. began with a single contract providing maintenance services. Since its founding year I.C.S. has significantly expanded its contracting capabilities and added a wide range of contractor services to what is now a turnkey general contracting company with many valued customers along the Gulf Coast Region.
